The Sky: Why I've Always Looked Up

in photography •  8 years ago

Since I was a child, I've always had a fascination with looking up at the sky.

There are so many amazing formations, patters and colours that happen right above us and we don't notice it. It's another world up there. The irony is that it's so big yet so annoticed.

I'm a motion graphics / visual fx artist and photography is a big part of my life / work.

I'm putting together my photography journals so this would be considered Steemit photo journal number 1.

There are so many places to see, colours to take in and moments to be a part of that I try to see as much as there as out there.

These 11 images are mine and none of them have had any adjustments done to them.

I hope you enjoy these pictures and that they get you to look up more!

Really cool stuff! I wish I could remember the names of the clouds you took in the Queen's Park one.

The sky puts me in my place.

And then the realisation that something that's a few kilometres thick is what's keeping us safe from the harsh realities of infinite space
