So this was one of those buy it online pre-measured fresh meal deals from Hello Fresh. This dish, despite not remembering what it was, made me wish the meal was a 4 person recipe and not just a 2 😅

We have a simliar service in South Africa called Ucook and I got it a few times and the good was great it just never looked like the picture and made me feel like I suck at cooking lol!
