This was my view this morning. A beautiful ocean view to the Carribean sea and the nearby beach.

This is about 12 Acres that we will sub-dividing and sell for home sites and pre-built homes.

I am accepting crypto like Steem, Monero, or Bitcoin for the purchase of a home site.

Disclaimer: all of these photos were taken by myself with Akaso Waterproof camera in the beautiful island of Roatan, Honduras!

Until another time my Steem friends.

Oh howdy there sir deepwaters! So you are in Honduras, what a beautiful country. And it looks like you have a good stategy there to raise some crypto!

I sell home sites and homes as a developer. It's not just crypto. The lots (1/4 Acres) sell for starting at $ 21,000.
What I meant to say is that I may also accept crypto, apart from US Dollars.

Howdy again sir deepwaters! Oh I get it, thanks for the explanation. What is the real estate market like there, are properties selling?

Yes sir!
We have a steady Real Estate market. Right now is definitely a buyer's market... Land parcels are specially cheap.
Mostly it is sustained by a steady flow of retirees from the US and Canada. The cost of living is affordable (an older couple can live very well off for $ 2,200/month here). Plus they are still close to home (a 3 hour flight to the Southern USA) and on living close to gorgeous beaches.
I'm happy to say it's still unexploited. It's not that spoiled... Yet...

Very interesting sir deepwaters! And some of the best beaches anywhere is what I heard. I hope the government gets stable so more people with money will come in and help the economy. I don't really know about the stability of the government, I just think I heard about some unrest.

The central government is quite a mess. Like I expect of most governments. The real unrest is coming from issues like underfunded pension for Police, Educators, Medical staff, and other public sectors.
This is part of the same global issues that governments are all over are facing: underfunded pensions and Social Security.

Exactly. It's a huge crises all over but I didn't know it was there too specifically. Many people with income and assets moving in can really help the country's economy then. And in exchange they get beautiful properties at a fraction of the cost of other places.

Yes, business always helps to improve the quality of life.

Governments will do everything in their power to continue the vicious cycle of authoritarianism.
I think that the next major financial breakdown can be the looming Social Security crisis. What happens when the US Government says "we are unsolvent" and will default of the Social Security payments?
