INGREDIENTS :
400 gr of rice (opt for rice basmati)
250 gr of nettle leaves cut out roughly
1 leek (or half onion)
1 lt (approx.) Of vegetable bro
PREPARATION :
Sprinkle the leek or onion in coconut oil and water
Add the nettle leaves once the leek (or onion) will be golden.
Cook for a few minutes, then add the rice together with the sauce and the nettles: the rice will be cooked to add the vegetable broth.
Add salt and pepper enough and serve hot. Whoever likes it can also buy risotto to ready-made nettles.
