Gradients
I always liked gradients - I am after all a front-end developer in my day )
First one taken last week - It's kind of a dirty fountain thing on our center square in town ... It's really disgusting in general ... but it has a nice natural green-orange gradient. So to me it's beautiful.
Second one I took today ... again nothing special ... taken with my macro ... just some plant, didn't even notice the gradient until I saw it in lightroom. Don't even know here the orange comes from, and I know where I took it. Strange. :)

These are really quite beautiful photos. Interesting that you produce such beauty in a quest for just the gradient. Like a haiku that is so restricted but somehow allows a boundless vision.

Well, I'm not in a quest for the gradient. But if I see one in a picture, it makes the picture sooo much more interesting for me, whatever the subject is. There's a reason that people use gradients in graphical design everywhere.
