This money lies "unreachable" at 110m on the top of the "Gasometer", a Gas-Cylinder at Oberhausen in Germany. Visitors can go up (stairs or lift) and enjoy the sight. Some of them make fun of snipping pennies on a round closure head, unreachable for the visitors ^^
