Pozimok (in Russian) is usually called late cold weather, snowfall in April or May. The weather always made surprises in late spring and this year it did not deny itrself the tradition. In the morning, Vologda literally fell asleep with snow.
I got up at 8 in the morning, looked out the window, and there it is snowing, but the ground is not yet white. I got into the car at 8:45 - everything is covered by snow! Precipitation in the form of snow is still ongoing (at the time of writing the blog at 2:18 p.m).
The snow is so wet and clammy that ten minutes after the walk I had absolutely all my wet clothes.
In open areas of the city, snowfall is more noticeable due to the wind.
If this continues until night, then I will have another trip for beautiful pictures.
The graphic landscape in such weather will be just perfect, but not about that now. In general, reportage photography includes absolutely all genres. This is what makes her interesting!
But do not forget that the main character is always a human!
I was always envious of St. Petersburg photographers that they can make atmospheric pictures with architecture, water, bridges, canals. It turns out that in Vologda you can also find something similar.
Even though I was all raw, I still think this weather condition is simply magnificent!
And finally, a positive picture.
This should be in the series...at least one.
Privet, I have snow today too. I am located in the Leningrad region
