I love "Blue Hour" photography. It may be due to blue being my favorite color. The blue hour is the period of twilight when the sky takes on bluish tones. In the morning, blue hour is roughly 30 minutes before the sun peaks over the horizon. In the evening, blue hour starts shortly after the sun dips below the horizon. Go out, and see for yourself. Take some awesome photos while you're there.
