His achievements have shone up in the Asian Games event, winning two gold medals at the 1998 Asian Games in Bangkok, Thailand and 2002 in Busan, South Korea. In fact, at the level of Southeast Asia he incised amazing achievements by always winning gold from 1993 to 2001. Oka is also one of the most Indonesian athletes perform at the Olympics. Even in PB Porlasi itself Oka sits as Chairman of the Indonesian Windsurfing Association. Oka has practically dedicated his entire life to the world.
