Have to agree that the first one is stronger. I like that the light is softer and there is a greater gradient from light to shadow. Because of that I am focusing more on her overall body vs. the actual lighting. In addition there's a bit more mystery to the first one. I wanted to see if I could see through the lace, it played more of a peek-a-boo game with the viewer. The second one is good, but it's right there in your face. The lighting is also harsher and I spend less time looking at it...only because you've shown almost everything all at once.
