Some 30 kilometers east of Zadar is located spring of Bijela river (White river).
River rises from karst at elevation of cca 300 meters, making few waterfalls along with narrow and steep river bed.
There is also a reason for the river name - in fact, canyon is white, probably because of the melted limestone.
