Bummer you gotta work on the long weekend, the service industry definitely sacrifices a lot and doesn't get the props.

You are so right about the service industry, I’d speculate to say you have personal insights as I have yet to meet anyone that understands whom hasn’t experienced it first hand themselves!

Actually I've bought the bread out in Port Alberni! Don't think it makes it all the way out here.
And funny enough I also work at a bread company called Summit in Tofino. It's wicked good as well!
