How does a shark biting it make it inedible? Looks like there's still a lot of meat on it.

    I kept the grouper cheeks which are really good eating...but the fillets were taken by the shark. What you see is some meat but it is mostly the stomach area with lots of bones. Sometimes you're lucky and sometimes not. Enjoy and have a great weekend.
