Get free CC0 stock photos for your steemit posts with Pexels, Pixabay, and Unsplash.
Many authors use photos for steemit blog posts. They do not always use Shutterstock because you have to pay some bugs to get a picture. Pexels, Pixabay, and Unsplash are what most of the other authors and I use. You get CC0 stock photos from these websites. With CC0 you do not need to worry about copyrights or licenses. They are free whether you use them commercially or sell them.
Downloading CC0 Stock photos.
There are almost 30 CC0 stock photo websites. For most of the work, I use Pixabay, pexels, and Unsplash.
On Pixabay there are over 1,030,000 CC0 stock photos that you could download and are free to use.
First, you have to sign up for an account on Pixabay to download images in full quality.
You could easily create thumbnails by grabbing a free stock photo and use that as the thumbnail writing some text over it.
There's another website named pexels. They have great and high-quality CC0 stock photos. Pexels also started to add CC0 videos that you could get at videos.pixels.com
On pexels there's need to sign up for an account. You could just click download, and it will download at the highest quality.
Another website is unsplash.com. There are almost 165000 stock photos available in Unsplash. These images are beautiful, and natural. You won't find if you are looking for some particular image other than natural images or something like that.
