Good afternoon Steemers! Last night for dinner I cooked a delicious Top sirlion steak for dinner, with rice, green beans and fresh beets. Steak was juicy and tender cooked at a medium rare, simply delicious. Hope you enjoy!
First I took my uncooked steak and put them on paper towel to soak any moisture on the steak, otherwise they will steam cook, you don't want that.
I took my cast iron fry pan, put oil in it and let it heat till hot. I then placed my steak in with steak spice and let it cook for 3 minutes without flipping it over. After three minutes you then turn it over, let it cook another 3 minutes or until the internal temp is 135 F. Take out of pan and tent in tin foil for 10 minutes to let it rest, so the juicies come back into your steak. Your then ready to Enjoy!
