Good afternoon! I thought I would share a little about myself and where I take most of my photos. I currently reside in the Willamette Valley, located in the great Pacific Northwest. I only walk or ride my bicycle as means of transportation which gives me a great advantage of taking in the city at a slower pace, I feel like doing so you're not missing on little details you would have missed in a car. My love for photography began in high school when the high school I attended had a dark room (someday I'll share some of those pictures!). The camera I borrowed was a Pentax K1000. Jumping into my 20s I was kindly gifted a Canon AE-1 and I couldn't stop! But being broke stopped me from buying film until, once again, my friend was getting rid of all his film to focus on digital and gave it all to me. It was a decent sized bag of expired film from the 80s which in my mind is like hitting the jackpot! I'm very much so sentimental, so having all these photos to hold in my hands is something special.
Here is an iconic building in my hometown which I notice a lot of people taking photos of. I have more digital photos of this same building taken forever ago on my Canon Rebel xs. It's definitely one of the more unique buildings you see around down with it's adorable doorway and old delivery truck always parked outside.
Thank you and have a wonderful day~
