From my Photography archives - Dancer

This image was shot quite some time ago, in a studio, experimenting with lighting. At the time, I was fascinated by the work of the futurists, and loved using longer shutter speeds. This image was shot on a Nikon D80 with a ordinary 18-200 kit lens.

I love this image due to the chaos and drama at play in the still image. The juxtaposition of stillness and movement creates some sort of visual interest, and its probably the most colourful photo I've got in my archive that isn't complete rubbish! :D

Incredible how you captured the movement in this image 📷

It had a lot to do with a lot of wattage being forced upon the model, from the lighting! She wasn't too happy by the end of the shoot!

stunningly!
