Hotpot is a really popular dish to eat in China. You simply put in vegetables and meat into a hot boiling broth and dip everything into some delicious sauce you made by yourself.
My friends and I went to a famous chain now called Chaoshan Beef Hotpot. The Chaoshan 潮汕 area in China is known for their beef.
We ate so much delicious beef and filled ourselves up. Definitely a must try if you are in China sometime!
