The rainbow trout was born for the wild, clear waters of the Rockies of the west, and the place would just not be the same without them.
They have been known to quicken the pulse of even the most experienced angler, and quite often they can be found within some of the most spectacular scenery on the planet.
As you can see, they can also hold there own against the glorious beauty of a stunning blue Colorado sky.

I did not know that. I did know that in many areas of the world they are actually considered an invasive species. I can only say that they sure are fun to catch.
