How cakes affect my brian

I love cakes and I love to make them. When I taste a delicious cake my mind tries to reverse engineer the cake. I start to wander how it is done. This is accompanied with the feeling I can do this! I have all the skills and knowledge to create something similar. maybe I won't succeed in my first attempt but with every cake I will get better and better.
