The red-collared lorikeet is a stunningly beautiful bird. I saw a video of one perched calmly on a cage in a market. Surrounded by a crowd of people, it seemed almost surprised by the attention. Perhaps it was wondering why so many people had gathered. Of course, they were all there to admire its beauty. I went to see it for myself and took some photos. I'm sharing them with you now.
