That is a killer recording studio @jaybird.....This is my home studio in the process.

oooo la la. I like! Looks like It's coming together :)

I love how you used colour foam.

Do you produce mainly?

I produce some house tracks and tons of samples on Ableton. I use the samples for my DJing gigs...Im trying to spend more time on my newly purchased Ableton push :)

Yea I am trying to add a little artistic style to the home studio.

I hear that Ableton is great for electronic music and Djs. Make sure to post your finished studio!

It is the best! just takes hours....actually days to perfect anything. Slowly learning lol.

I defiantly will post a finished one of the studio. It is a little over board on the foam, but I consider that more art now lol

Ya, i don't have the patients usually for doing much production or mixing etc. I get my buds to do it for me. Takes me wayyy to long as well.

However it is good to know the skills, never know when you'll need em!

Well i'm not half bad a finger drumming on a live set, so sometimes ill mess around on that when playing live....besides that I can't do much more lol.

Awesome ;o

Thats amazing!!! Must be quite pricey to rent out though

It's not super cheap, however they do consider who is renting the studio and for how long.

If you're an indie artist, they will probably help you out. If your Rush, you can afford the regular rate lol. Apparently Neil Pert said in an interview that it was one of the best studios he's ever recorded at.

Wow

Good setup, lots of gear, the music must sound great coming out of there

Indeed it does. Those are vintage Ludwigs and the a Neve Console. They hve pretty much every piece of gear imaginable.

A Room is huge which is good and bad, another session I did there we had to cut off the room bc it was too live for the drum tones we were going for. .

Very Nice.

Thx bud, one of my fav places to record in the city! Did a 2 day session in January there. oh man, sooo good sounding and for the player it's a very comfortable environment..

Nice set up! The sound is guaranteed for an excellent quality !
