Entrees from around the world

Recently I completed my first attempt at making the Korean dish Bulgogi. First thing you have to do is marinate your meat. So I went to the supermarket and bought 2 lbs. of flank steak. You take the steaks and slice them very thin. Next, in a marinating back, you mix the steak with sesame oil, ginger, 4 cloves of garlic, soy sauce, scallions, one white onion, 3 habanero peppers and brown sugar. The quantities change for the amount of meat you plan on marinating. Mix together, seal and let it sit for three days.

Cooking bulgogi is rather fast. Heat a cast iron skillet or pan to high and place meat on pan. Sear each side for a few seconds and your done. The prep and marinating takes the longest, but once cooked, you'll think it was worth it.
