Step from your back door into the bay! Now that is ocean/bay front living lol! I would SO take advantage of that. I would make a floating BBQ deck and just kick back and enjoy every minute! What would you do if you lived right on the bay/ocean? How about a floating donut used for swimming pools... Yep, I'm going to do that :)
