Still a little test of a Helios 40. It is very difficult for them to get into focus on a fully open diaphragm. Mainly because of the weight of the lens, and the focus ring is not very conveniently located. But, in General, the results are satisfactory

In the first shot the focus was rather on the nose of the cat, not the eye as we would like. The rest is more or less the focus on the eyes. This lens, of course, is most suitable for frames with interesting bokeh. But, just portraits shoots well, even if it was easy, it would b just fine.
