Calm down

After a busy day filled with people,
filled with fitting in and trying to understand
and trying to learn
My soul feels crowded with thoughts and feelings rushing around like busy bees

After these days I search calmness
I feel a need to calm my soul and find some rest for my thoughts

To sit by the sea is a perfect escape
To watch a single water lily bud in it’s perfection
gives me the calmness I search for
My soul calms down
I find peace and silence
My soul heals and I feel so happy
