This is actually captured with a Smartphone application called ‘Huji Cam’ and it’s just free.
This is called bubble waffle (atleast in the Philippines) and you’ll surely like it if you have a sweet tooth but you will not totally like it if you don’t have a taste with sweet things.
This waffle is composed of “Pinipig (an immature grain of glutinous rice pounded flat)” “bubble waffles”, “Ice cream (chocolate flavor for this one)” and of course “milk treats (it’s white chocolate waffers) and it’s topped with whipped cream and drizzled with caramel sauce.
This is not the only combo or combination that you can choose, there are also cookies n’ cream, Ube cheese(the violet rootcroop found here in the Philippines) and strawberry; and you could also customize your own waffle and they will let you choose from a wide range of toppings, Ice cream flavors, sauce and Waffle flavor.
