This photo was taken in February 2017 in the village of Katse, Lesotho. My partner and I were on a two week vacation there and it was on the third day, a morning drive up the mountains, where we discovered that kids here walk a near 10KMs to school everyday. We gave a ride to the first 9 kids we met on the road and more just kept coming so we had to do a total 4 trips that morning. The gratitude in their little faces at the end of it all made our entire vacation
