Using the android app Picture this I finally identified this tree that grows in our garden, it's apparently called lucky nut but every part is toxic. Considering the fact that I've seen it for sale at the market, it's still likely medicinal in small doses or otherwise symbolic in the culture, perhaps as a totem of death.

here in my country is called "Castañeto" and used for handicraft, you can make curtains combining the bamboo and nuts that the fruit produces, another use that we give here is the sap to remove the sticks that come out in the skin!

It is called cascabela thevetia in latin. Just be careful with that plant, because it is indeed poisonous.

I've read in places it can be used medicinally though, in small doses.

Thanks for the info, i would pull out that plant from my yard when i get home. In what part of the plant that is poisonous?

Every bit, but I'm finding you can extract the seed oil and use it to make a weather and bug proof paint

Nice Picture lily-da-vine ! :D
