My wife and I traveled down to North Carolina, back in 2010 and visited The Biltmore Estate.
The estate is located in Asheville, North Carolina and was built in 1895 by George Washington Vanderbilt II. The estate is still privately run by the family. You can learn more here on their website.
@leta-blake had a post on the estate and it got me motivated to go through my photographs. The estate has so much on the estate, that I'm only going to post shots of the main building here.
There are statute gardens, a greenhouse, and a barn with horses and animals, there is just a lot.
Most of these were shot with a 17-40 L series lens.
