Lentil Caviar Risotto - Lentils and chia seeds cooked in a kelp broth  with red onions on a bed of cheesy brown rice risotto cooked in  coconutmilk topped with steamed cauliflower flavored with freshly ground   Himalayan salt and black pepper as well as steamed bok choy flavored  with a homemade vinaigrette made of sesame, chili, soysauce and palm  vinegar - delicious flavorful cruelty-free treat for vegan food lovers

Are you a chef what kind of chef all food or vegan or something? I work as well as a chef but i cant create such nice looking peaces of art. Im self thought chef working in nursing home. And working in fast mod i dont have time to decorate or put on plate so nicelly. Good job i think you are good cook. Have a nice day.
