I imagine this being a scene from a futuristic movie; set in a time where certain slabs of the sidewalk have been replaced with screens for data flow, news, weather, traffic etc. The main character has done something to get the attention of the authorities and has noticed his image being shared, and is crouching down to take a look. It's awesome.
