jengki is one of the traditional tools of the people of Aceh in general which is often used to soften all kinds of processed foods such as sago, flour, nuts, rice and other processed foods made from nature.
Jengki is now almost extinct in Aceh in general, even in some districts only 3 that we can get the original.
