Street photography on a melancholy day

in photography •  7 years ago

I consider "Kind of Blue" by Miles Davis one of the best Albums ever made and it was the perfect music to listen to, while I was striving through the streets on an autumn day in Cologne / Germany. I just love this time of the year!

Cologne is one of my favorite places in the world. Not only because I was born in this city. But it is the blend between a history of 2000 years and its culture of welcoming people with open arms, wherever they are from. I you haven't been there yet, I highly recommend a visit!

Great photography! I also love "Kind of Blue" a lot.
Are you living in Cologne? There is a very supportive german community on steemit, so you may consider posting in german language, too (use the #deutsch tag, when you do). However, I'm from Bonn and followed you.

Hey @shortcut , thank you for the advice! At the moment I'm traveling quite a lot, but yeas I'm from Cologne! I just saw your post about the "Pützchens Markt". So the best thing would be to split up a post into English/German , I will take that into account on some of my future posts! Thank you again!

Welcome! Here is a how-to post to help you with the two column design. Looking forward to!
