As soon as we got home, I pulled out my "mushroom towel", spread it on the counter, and emptied the contents of the collecting bag on the towel.

After @simba and I divided the "spoils" between us, I sorted and cleaned the mushrooms and tossed those which looked old/spoiled/wormy, then I washed 3 times in warm water and cut into halves and threw it in a pot with almost boiling hot water for 15 minutes.

After a quarter of an hour, I poured the water carefully.
I filled the pot again and put it on the gas for another quarter of an hour.
In the end, I filtered the water until only the mushrooms left and then I washed them with cool water.

In a preheated pan, I melted some butter, and threw chopped garlic and onion, on a medium-heat fire.

After the onions are lightly browned, add the mushrooms to the mixture, and after about 5 more minutes of frying, I added some homemade beef patties and let all the ingredients cook together on low fire (while turning the patties occasionally) and covered the pan.
