It's hard to make exactly what you want with these magnetic balls, but I managed to come close this time, just to make this photo.

Interesting, are those all individual balls put together?

Yes. And they are magnetic, so you can't just put together any shape you want; the magnetic fields have to align and the magnetic fields also change depending on the configuration you built. Fun and frustrating at the same time. Here are two more I made, bad pictures but they give you some idea:

Yes, they are 5mm-sized neodymium magnets, very strong. They have been banned in some countries because they are dangerous when you swallow them, so they need to be kept away from children and stupid people.
