I haven't seen real otters in ages, but I did find this decoration on an old house in Deventer, The Netherlands yesterday:

          As you, I've never seen real otters (even if I painted them sometimes), but the otters in this illustration seems to be happy to have a lot of fish to eat :D

            They are! I have seen otters, but it was a long time ago, I think it was in the Auvergne in France.
