Yesterday's butterfly

It seemed there was just one species of butterfly around yesterday: the meadow brown (Maniola jurtina), bruin zandoogje in Dutch, seen here on hemp-agrimony aka holy rope (Eupatorium cannabinum), koninginnekruid aka leverkruid in Dutch:

@ocrdu - As usual - your pictures of the butterfly are so clear and in perfect position with the wings open. The brown color of the butterfly contrasts nicely with the hemp rope flowers. I love the 'eyes' on the butterfly wings. Nice captures. Upvoted
