Today I woke up inspired to create in the kitchen and this was the result, I hope you like it.

Once again, I apologize for my English, I do everything possible to make them understand in the best way.

For days I wanted to eat something sweet and said why not cook something to calm this anxiety. Many of you will understand me, there are days when your body simply wants to eat something sweet and good, why not, please? But, I confess, I really had not felt so inspired to cook, because the body and the mood are not the same on a daily basis, there are days when you do not want to do anything and others that want to eat the world. Today, I woke up with that desire to create, I woke up very inspired and in love with life, I love when my mood is like that, because I feel that I give more of myself and things go better, it's as if everything flows in perfect order.

I checked to see what I had in the fridge and found certain ingredients such as chocolate, caramel, cookies and said: "creativity, I'll let you take center stage" lol.

 As a result, I got a delicious dessert of chocolate and caramel, I decided to call it "CHOCOAREQUIPE", its flavor I loved, it really tastes exquisite, I mixed the quantities of ingredients, so that it is not excessively sweet, that is to say that the sweetness was in a perfect level. This cake is ideal to eat after lunch or in the afternoon, when you want something delicious.

When you do things with love and you really do it with passion, things become excellent, therefore, this dessert has, in my opinion, a taste of life, peace, freedom. Many times, we forget to admire or feel the basic things, like the true flavor of what you eat, however small or common it may be. Take your time to prepare it with love for yourself or for your loved ones; You do not need a special occasion to yourself, to enjoy life and its flavors, with this I do not only talk about food, but also about the flavors that life brings, I always say that life was seasoned in a special and wonderful way. What happens is that we do not take the time to put it to the test and we forget the little moments and common actions, like enjoying the cup of coffee that you consume in the morning or the first bite of your food at this moment, eating with hunger, or drink water when you are thirsty, etc. We are so concentrated in other moments that our small and wonderful actions are indifferent, they go unnoticed and that is why our lives go by without enjoying it and without living it, because sometimes it has a bitter taste, but it also tastes sweet and happy.

COLD PASTEL CHOCOAREQUIPE. 

Preparation time: 45 minutes.

 Time in the fridge: 2 hours. 

Total time: 2:45 minutes. 

Servings: 6.

 INGREDIENTS:

♥ 1 pack of simple vanilla cookies.

♥ 1 cup of chocolate on tablet

♥ 250 g of caramel.

♥ 1 cup of liquid milk

♥ 6 large strawberries cut into thin slices.

♥ Bowl for medium desserts.

PREPARATION:

♥ In a small saucepan, pour over medium heat: the milk, the chocolate bar in pieces and the 250 grams of dulce de leche, dissolve well with the help of a whisk or another. Let it boil and stir constantly so that the mixture does not burn. After 5 minutes, turn off and let stand for 5 more minutes.

♥ Moisten the cookies in a little milk, we must be very careful, it must be quick, the idea is not to leave them too long in the milk because the cookies disintegrate. The perfect time is 4 seconds.

♥ With our wet cookies, we will begin to cover the bowl, making a layer, over we will place a bit of our chocolate, milk and dulce de leche mixture, we must be careful with the excesses, the mixture must be perfectly made to make several layers of cake. We continue placing layers, biscuit and mix, in total they are 3 and 3, although if it yields more it is perfect.

♥ Put it in the freezer for 30 minutes, then remove it and apply the sliced strawberries to decorate, the way you want, if necessary add something more to the decoration, remember that we are all creative!

♥ Then we take it back to the fridge, but this time at the bottom, we leave it for 1:30 hours and then we can enjoy it.
