Feeling off today and over exhausted. I fear I’ve got a hole in my head and an explosive feeling in my chest. I’m just trying to understand what I’m feeling and why. Unfortunately I know why and it hurts that this is causing me pain I wish I knew how to make it better but I fear a collapse of a lifetime of love.
