Landscape photography: power lines rising over corn field

Hi there my Steemit friends and followers!

When biking through the picturesque Czech landscape last summer, I realized that many areas - including some very remote places far away from towns and villages - are covered with a dense network of power lines. Look at this photo that I took somewhere amidst corn fields and forests of rural Silesia.

What is your take on this "landscape feature"? Do you find it disruptive or do you think it fits in the scenery? Do you also have a lot of transmitter stations and power lines running through your countryside? Let me know in the comments and feel free to share some photos with us if you have any :)

That is right :) Bu there is actually nothing incredible about this particular photo, we have tons of more beautiful places :)

Do scenérie to vůbec nesedí.. a teď nějak je nový zákon, ze třeba na vesnicích ty dráty a sloupy nemají byt a všechno bude v zemi.

Mně se to taky nelíbí. Je to prostě zásah nešetrné lidské ruky do přirozeného prostředí, i když už jsme si na to asi do značné míry zvykli... O tom, že by se měla elektřina vést pod zemí, slyším poprvé :O

I noticed that actually. Do you know Javorový mountain near Třinec? On the way there, there were these villages with vast open farm lands and many of them had these power lines.

I know Javorový Vrch, it is located in Beskydy, my favorite mountain range ;) But no, I am actually not surprised you know this place. I kind of got used to the fact that you, for some reasons (that might never be explained :D), speak my native language and been to places in my homeland where tourists never go...
