These photos are High Dynamic Range processed photos.
Three photos were taken, one at the correct exposure, one at 2 stops under the cameras exposure and one at 2 stops above the cameras exposure. I processed the 3 images using the HDR Tool in Canon's Digital Photo Professional 4 with minor adjustments to make the photos look more realistic.
