Once again you are having trouble understanding the signs you post. As the sign clearly states, you are supposed to talk to 'the major' - must be a military base nearby! Maybe it has a market for ... who knows what?

If you keep making these sort of errors I may have to ban you from my challenge. But then there would be no-one contributing. I guess you can stay. But try to do better. Please.
