Rocky Mountain National Park founded in 1915 is situated in Northern Colorado and is one of the largest, highest and most popular tourist destination among all national parks in the United States. The Park encompasses an area of 1074.28 sq km spread across Montane, subalpine, alpine tundra and Riparian terrains from 7,860 to 14,259 feet in altitude.
