May we all be in the shelter of God power. My entries today are focused on pomegranates or often called by name (Punica Granatum).
Compared to other fruits such as apples, oranges, grapes, or watermelons, the name of the pomegranate is not too popular in Indonesia. However, the fruit called (Punica Granatum) has many miraculous benefits to health.
Although consuming pomegranates requires a struggle, because many seeds, our bodies are in need of this fruit. You can feel for yourself, pomegranate has against oxidant, against viral, and against tumor properties.
