Hope everyone is well and having a great time. Rabi season is coming and now different kinds of vegetables will come and all vegetables are full of taste and nutrients. We have a few eggplant seedlings planted on the roof. In the afternoon, I went up to the roof and saw that one of the plants that were carelessly planted had caught an eggplant. After the rain, there are many drops of rain water on the brinjal tree, which has increased the external beauty of the brinjal.
Eggplant is low in calories, which helps in weight control. It contains sufficient amount of dietary fiber, which is beneficial for the digestive system. Eggplant contains an antioxidant called nasunin, which protects against cell damage. Being low in calories and high in fiber, it helps in weight loss. Regular consumption of eggplant helps control cholesterol. It helps in maintaining good heart health as it contains fiber and antioxidants. I prefer eggplant folds and bharta. Every winter vegetable is my favorite. Everyone will be fine and eating more vegetables will increase the immunity of the body. Thank you
