Today we have a new recipe for you, hope you like this recipe, let's start without delay.

Banana twist roast

Especially in our Noakhali region this banana twist we make and eat with pickle salt chili powder and tamarind it is very good to eat but I came to my father-in-law's house and saw that they cook and eat this banana twist.

I have never eaten it before but suddenly one day after I came to my father in law's house I saw it and my mother in law cooked it. It looked very good and smelled very good.

Today I am going to teach you how to cook this banana twist very easily in a simple way that you can learn very easily.

First I took four banana twists you can take as many as possible no problem.

Then it has to be finely chopped. One thing must be noted, never put the banana in tap water after cutting it because tap water will turn it black. Try to use pond water or cloud water.

Then I took the fish and rubbed turmeric in it.

Then onion, green chillies and garlic are finely chopped in another pan.

I washed the banana twist in pond water and took it in a janji to drain the water so that the water is not very good to eat.

I have fried the fish to a light brown color.

After that, I picked up coconut to add to this banana twist. Adding coconut makes it taste much better. You can use it if you want. You can cook it if you want.

In the oil for frying the fish, I have added onions, green chillies, garlic and other spices, along with a piece of fish, I will break it because if I break it, its test will double, I will add turmeric salt and salt and grind it well.

When it is well grated, I will grate the coconut with it.

When the coconut is grated well, I twist the banana in it, reduce the flame a little and start cooking it slowly.

You will know it is cooked when it gives out a crispy smell. It doesn't take much time to cook. Reduce the flame for 10 to 12 minutes.

It is as tasty as it is nutritious, it contains a lot of vitamin C, if you want, you can easily roast this banana twist, this was my recipe for today.
