Today I present to you a very delicious and tasty kakki fish fry recipe which is easy to make as well as delicious to eat and has a lot of benefits.
Small fish is more or less liked by everyone, especially in our house, everyone likes small fish. I like it a lot.

Materials
Half a kg of kanchki fish
Two tomatoes
I took 7 to 8 green chillies, if you eat more jhal, you can increase it
A teaspoon of garlic paste
A teaspoon of turmeric
Two onions
Cumin powder one teaspoon
Soybean oil quantity

The first thing I did was finely chop the fish.
After that, finely chop the tomatoes, green chillies and onions in a separate bowl.
Then what I did was wash the fishes nicely and put them in a bowl to drain.
Because if the water is not caught, when the water comes out while cooking the fish, then the fish will be a lot of pairs and it won't taste so good to eat, so the water must be drained.
Then I put the oil bottle on the hair and put enough oil in it along with the spices.
Next thing I did was grind the masalas well because small fish masalas are tastier the more they are ground.
What I did next was add a small amount of water with the mosquitoes and when the water started to boil I put the fish in the water and cooked for five to six minutes.
Vyas turned out to be very tasty and tasty and rich in Vitamin C.
