Pull-Up bar is Kicking my Ass

I’m so frustrated with my recent pull-up workouts.

I have more control in my pull-ups, but it seems like I’m losing strength.

I’m @runridefly, and I think I need more time to recover. I forget that I’m 45 years old.

Well apart from that I like they way you are taking things at 45 as well .Stay focused all the time like this buddy!

You need some supplements. Get some glutamine for starters, that is what gets depleted and leaves you feeling weak after working out frequently. When I started working out I was having the same problem. I was weak as kitten after a while of daily workouts. The glutamine is good but I use a pre workout called "explosion" and a post workout called "myobuild 4x" and they work great, you can get glutamine and "explosion" at Walmart.

There are times when you are low but that doesn't mean you should stress yourself over these things. Just work hard and try harder ,you ain't that old my friend. You are still young. Cheers
