Hi to all Welcome to Foodie Day - 1

Today is my first day on Steemit so I share Health Mix powder for all age group, Especially for children.

I will tell the method how to make it step by step,

This is a nutritious health mix powder for adults and kids. This is high in all the nutrition and makes a great breakfast option.

This recipe is great for people who are on diet. This keeps you full for longer and stops you from overeating.

 

Preparation time         -            30 minutes

Cook time                   -            5 minutes

Total time                   -             35 minutes

Ingredients

Green Gram                     -            half cup

Foxtail Millet                    -            half cup

Black Gram                        -         one-fourth of the cup

Horse Gram                        -          half cup

Rice                                   -         one-fourth of the cup

Roasted Gram                    -          half cup

Wheat Flour                      -            half cup

Finger millet Flour            -            half cup

Yellow Sweet corn flour      -          half cup

Peanuts                             -            one-fourth of the cup

Cashews                              -            one-fourth of the cup

Almonds                             -            one-fourth of the cup

Cardamom                          -            5 to 10

Dry Ginger Powder             -            2 tablespoon

I am using rice, foxtail millet, black gram with skins, horse gram, peanuts, green gram, cashews, almonds and cardamom.

First dry roast all the grain except cashews, almonds, roasted gram, cardamom.

I dry roast on low heat for 10 to 15 minutes. Now everything is roasted. Cool it down.

Remove to a blender and powder it. Now it is powdered finely.

Take roasted gram dal, almonds, and cardamom in the same pan.

Roast on low heat till golden.

Take it in a blender and powder

Now it is nice and fine, don’t grind this too much, else the nuts will get pasty

Now take all the flour in the same pan.

Roast till golden

Take it in the same bowl

Mix well.

You can sieve this

Now it is all sifted. Cool this down and store in a container.

You can add some more milk and honey. Serve warm...
